I’m continuing to do very well on portion control. Tonight I made Chicken Parm but only had a little bit of it. I know it was fairly high in carbs but that was kind of my big splurge of the week. It was too cold to barbecue and since it’s an electric stove, “oven roasted” just doesn’t taste the same as it would on a gas based stove. So I improvised and everyone was pretty happy with the outcome.
I’m still working, rather slowly, on getting some content up on this site. I also have some comments to return as well, I’ll get around to everything tonight though, I promise.
