Working for yourself can be really annoying sometimes!

PPPI know I haven’t been around much lately but that’s based on the fact that I’ve been busy keeping my business up above water. I was doing really well for a while until a whole load of paperwork came in that I just wasn’t expecting. I started my business back in 1998 but since then it’s been a constant up and down when you factor in bills and resource payments. The one thing I never got around to until about 2001 is the actual filing of paperwork to claim my business and this is kind of what’s messing me up now. I looked through a lot of sites on Google and came across a link about starting up a Tennessee business but instantly knew that it wasn’t going to help me considering it’s based in a state that I don’t live in. So I poked around the site and saw that they also covered all 50 states, so that put me at ease considering I’m now listed as a New York business. My problem now is the fact that I’m going to have to transfer everything over to a Delaware based business. It’s a pain in the butt dealing with all of this paperwork, let me tell you.

There are sites that do the work for you like incparadise.com, but knowing that I’ve already done this paperwork in the past I’d rather just pay the state based fee and then do the work myself. I don’t personally see spending $90 to have someone do it for you but this doesn’t mean that if I were in a jam that I wouldn’t use the company to help me out. If you’re looking to start up your own business, then try them out. I’ve read some reviews on them and a few people have said they’re pretty good. I make it a point to cross check any company through ripoffreport.com and they had no strikes against them.
