PPPAs someone who’s bounced from diet to diet before I was able to find something that worked for me, I came out of it knowing kind of what to do on my own. It’s important to get enough fruits and vegetables. It’s important to know the difference between good carbs and bad carbs and furthermore, sugar is a no-no unless it’s natural sugar from fruits and vegetables. I’ve also been told that fruits and veggies should not only be important but taken in moderation - instant confusion but either way I’m doing what I’m ‘told’ so to speak.

Drink My Daily VeggiesSo I came across a daily dietary supplement known as Drink My Daily Veggies. It’s ‘on the go food’ for healthy living. What I found pretty cool about this product is that it’s only 35 calories per serving and it has no added salt, sugar or preservatives. This product was created by the LaneLabs corporation. They create clinically-proven natural supplements, topicals and pharmaceuticals. There are less than 100 employees in the company and sometimes it’s nice to deal with a smaller company than a larger corporation.

Moving back to the supplement though. I thought it was a bit strange to see that it’s actually in powered form. I thought it was going to be something like V8 where everything is already mixed for you. It’s just like having my usual daily bottles crystal light only instead of the fruity flavors, I’m getting my veggies instead. I think it would be interesting to try it. I may go a head get myself the free sample that they’re offering.
